The East Passyunk Opera Project (ePOP) announces the grand finale of its Love Notes series with Love Notes 4 Philly, a concert celebrating the love of community and the transformative work of mutual aid organizations.
Love Notes 4 Philly, the fourth and final installment of the series, will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the Society Hill Dance Academy, 1919 East Passyunk Avenue in Philadelphia. This highly anticipated cabaret performance will celebrate the power of community, art, and connection, highlighting mutual aid groups and showcasing exceptional opera talent.

This special evening will feature performances by acclaimed artists who have performed at some of the world’s most renowned venues, including The Metropolitan Opera, Carnegie Hall, and the Kimmel Cultural Campus. Adding a unique flair, two stars from Opera Philadelphia’s upcoming production of The Anonymous Lover will join the lineup. The event will be hosted by Cookie Diorio, with Omar Saleem returning as DJ and beatmaker. Artists such as Ashley Marie Robillard, Maren Montalbano, Katrina Thurman, Aurelien Eulert, and Johnathan McCullough will captivate audiences with a mix of classical and contemporary pieces, ranging from Simon & Garfunkel to Joseph Bologne.
A series rooted in loveSince its inception in 2021, the Love Notes series has explored the multifaceted nature of love, from romantic to self-love to resilience. Love Notes 4 Philly shifts the focus to the love that unites communities, shining a spotlight on local mutual aid organizations and encouraging action to uplift one another. During the concert, ePOP will connect attendees with opportunities to support these vital groups, demonstrating how love manifests through community care.
