Arts on Center Stage with ePOP and Opera Philadelphia

ePOP joins Opera Philadelphia as they toast the return of Festival O!

ePOP and Opera Philadelphia present a free concert in the shadow of Philadelphia City Hall starring soprano Ashley Marie Robillard (An ePOP favorite and Musetta in Opera Phila's 2019 production of La bohème), tenor Aaron Crouch (Gondolier in Opera Phila's September production of Otello), and baritone Benjamin Dickerson, accompanied by ePOP Music Director Aurelien Eulert.
 

Performance from 6:00-7:00 p.m. | Free and open to the public
 

Bring-your-own blanket or chair encouraged. Seating in the Greenfield Lawn is limited.
 

Stop by the Air Grille for a bite to eat or a cold beverage, including

this year's opera-themed beer, Hopera Philadelphia, a hazy IPA from
Conshohocken Brewing Company.

Come out to Flannel restaurant at 5PM on Wednesday, December 8th for happy hour and a concert featuring favorite holiday tunes from ePOP!

Artists for this event  are soprano Katrina Thurman, baritone Todd Thomas, and pianist Abigail LaVecchia.

Join the ePOP Holiday Carolers on Sunday, December 5th, 2021 as we make a caroling progression down East Passyunk Avenue! We'll start at The Singing Fountain at 3PM and then make our way south, ending at Pistola's del Sur about 6PM where we will continue our revelry.

 

ePOP's Holiday Carolers for 2021 are soprano Katrina Thurman, mezzo-soprano Marissa Chalker, tenor George Ross Somerville, and baritone Jackson Williams.

On Mother’s Day, May 9, ePOP will be back on E. Passyunk Avenue thanks to the invitation of East Passyunk Business Improvement District. ePOP will present a 1-hour concert at the Singing Fountain at Tasker & E. Passyunk. It will consist of musical theater, opera, and classical art song honoring motherhood, springtime, and all things blooming in promotion and anticipation of the PHS Flower Show which will take place in South Philadelphia this June. Artists for this concert include mezzo-soprano Kathryn Leemhuis, baritone Todd Thomas, soprano Katrina Thurman, and pianist and ePOP Music Director, Aurelien Eulert.

Admission is free, suggested donations of any amount to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

ePOP General & Artistic Director, Katrina Thurman, has been nominated for Philadelphia Woman of the Year with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She and Team ePOP for the Cure have a goal of raising $100,000 for LLS by June 6!

Join Katrina & Nero Catalano as they perform favorite "pop" songs from the Renaissance to now and help raise money for this worthy cause. Admission is free. Together, let's #FightBloodCancer
